Our Process

Our journey begins with a Discovery Call focused entirely on your aspirations. We'll guide you through a series of questions designed to ensure we have a thorough understanding of who you are, what you're looking for, and how we can best assist you within your budget. We'll ask for photos of your current space to better envision the possibilities. During this conversation, we'll also explain our process and answer all your questions, making sure you feel fully informed and comfortable. All details from our conversation will be meticulously entered into our project management and customer relationship system.

Next, we'll arrange a visit to your residence for an Estimate. This allows us to personally acquaint ourselves with your property's layout, take precise measurements, and further refine your vision and budgetary parameters in detail.  We'll explore various options and price points, always considering your property's unique characteristics and your specific feedback. Our goal is to ensure we both agree that your vision can be achieved in terms of functionality, aesthetics, and within your budget. Once we've reached this understanding, a clear Design Agreement will be developed and a digital copy will be sent to you via our customer project management system. Within that system, you'll always have direct access to your project's status, including job logs, images, and schedules, as well as a direct messaging board to communicate with our team, all accessible from your computer or mobile device. You'll always be up-to-date and connected. .

During Project Design and Planning, we transform your ideas into detailed, code-compliant drawings to scale, complemented by immersive 3D renders of your project. Each element is fully customized, and all components are laid out and priced separately, providing complete clarity and transparency. We value your input, allowing for up to three revisions to make sure the design perfectly reflects your preferences. During this time, we'll also guide you on initiating any applicable HOA approval processes and help organize the most recent survey of your home, ensuring a smooth path forward.

Once the design is agreed upon and you've given your final approval, we'll present a comprehensive Proposal. This includes a detailed and accurate itemized cost breakdown, ensuring complete clarity and transparency regarding your investment. A contract will then be drafted and signed, encompassing the complete scope of work, schedules, warranties, stipulations, and all other relevant project information. A deposit will be collected at this point, which officially reserves your place on our construction schedule and moves your project forward.

Once a soft start date has been established, your dedicated Project Manager will reach out to confirm the layout and details of your project, highlight key milestones during construction, and address any remaining questions you may have. They will then serve as your primary point of contact. Behind the scenes, we'll work diligently with our design team to manage and organize all logistical items before construction begins. This includes coordinating permit approvals, ordering materials, finalizing product selections, and ensuring all utility checks are completed. This meticulous preparation is all about ensuring a smooth, efficient start to your project.

During the Project Build, your Project Manager will ensure our crews maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and quality craftsmanship. All work will adhere to the latest industry standards, codes, and regulations, and will be completed precisely according to your contract. We prioritize keeping you updated on progress during this phase, maintaining consistent communication both on-site and via our project management portal. We'll also coordinate all relevant approvals, inspections, and code compliance with the appropriate authorities, ensuring a seamless and worry-free construction experience for you.

Once the final inspection has been approved and the finishing touches are complete, you and your Project Manager will conduct a Final Walkthrough. This is your opportunity to confirm your complete satisfaction with the build and ensure any remaining items are addressed. We'll also cover all warranty details at this stage, ensuring you can enjoy your new space with confidence for years to come. Final payments will be collected at this point. We believe in building lasting relationships, and we'll remain a valuable resource for you and your family even after your project is complete.
